Employees in our production facilities assist in day-to-day operations by supporting our press operators and ensuring smooth workflow of jobs throughout the day. Positions will be filled based on business needs.

Current Shifts Available:

  • 12hr Rotating: 3pm-3am, 3am-3pm. Work 3 days, 1 day off, work 3 days, 7 days off (Employees work 36hrs but are paid for 40hrs)
  • 2nd Shift: 2pm – Midnight, Monday – Thursday
  • 3rd Shift: 10pm – 6am, Sunday – Thursday
  • Shift differential for 3rd shift and 2A/2B is $1.00 more per hour

Ink Technician - Flexible Packaging (2A shift) - De Pere, WI

Do you enjoy working hands-on utilizing some of the best technology in the printing and packaging industry?  Does accepting daily challenges and exceeding goals resonate with you?  Belmark is currently seeking an Ink Technician – Flexible Packaging to assist production by handling the mixing of inks, adjusting color on press, and providing all inks needed to press.  With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, our Ink Technicians are able to work in a friendly environment with a potential to grow with the company.  This current position works 3:00 P.M. – 3:00 A.M., with a schedule of 3 days on, 1 day off, 3 days on, 7 days off.  Employees on this shift work 36 hours but are paid for 40 hours.  Our employees enjoy the rotating shift due to days off received, which allows for time spent at home, or with friends and family! The shift differential for the 2A is $1.00 per hour more.

Position Overview

  • Mix ink using appropriate formula to match color target.
  • Bring mixed ink to press, ensure press has sufficient ink to run job, return ink to ink room.
  • Use computer and color matching software to utilize all inks in inventory.
  • Assist press operators with color matching on press, work on reducing press downtime.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and record keeping procedures.  
Position Requirements
  • Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school.
  • Ability to operate a computer and basic software.
  • Ability to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Knowledge of and ability to utilize the English language fluently.
  • Math skills including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
  • Some heavy lifting may be required.
  • Regular attendance required.  May be required to work overtime.

Operate a narrow web press at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high quality product.  Also, responsible for accurately mounting plates onto cylinders, washing plates and filing them according to job number.

Position Overview:

Responsible for operating the die cut section of a web offset press which is in line with a rewinder for roll products and in line with a die cutter for paperboard products. This position is part of a two to four person crew that is responsible for working on the web offset machine.

Position Overview

  • Assist team with daily equipment and building maintenance.

  • Work in a team atmosphere to resolve maintenance issues.

Position Requirements

  • Student enrolled full time at an accredited university pursuing an electrical/mechanical related career.

Position Overview

  • Performs daily equipment and building maintenance to ensure proper functioning and operation while adhering to agreed upon standards, processes and systems.
  • Correct occurring mechanical electrical problems.
  • Responsible for the appearance of the maintenance shop, compressor rooms, electrical rooms and maintenance work sites. 
  • Share knowledge with maintenance personnel; work in a team atmosphere to resolve maintenance issues.

Position Requirements

  • Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and two (2) years of maintenance experience; or an associate degree in electricity or electro-mechanics.
  • Regular attendance is required.  Ability to meet deadlines; may be required to work some overtime.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to speak the English language fluently.
  • Ability to read electrical print/schematics, including symbols, component ID and locating, PLC card I/O, and various types of prints for US, Canadian and European manufacturers.  
  • Ability to use an electrical meter, interpret electrical signals (e.g. AC sine wave, DC square wave), program motor controllers and operate HMI/OIT equipment.
  • Must have excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting thought processes and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to properly use hand tools, power tools, read mechanical drawings and work independently or as a member of a team.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of thermal imaging and ultrasonic testing equipment.
  • Ability to follow known mechanical tear down and rebuild processes.

  • Responsible for packaging, labeling and staging printed products in a timely manner in order to meet customer needs.  Must be able to multi-task, have a high level of attention to detail and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Work in a team environment and communicate effectively with Customer Service and Rewind Departments to meet daily shipment deadlines.
  • Work with third party logistic software systems to determine the best and most economical shipping method to meet customer needs.

Position Overview

  • Prepares monthly ancillary reports from Financial Statements.
  • Responsible to prepare monthly and year-end audit reports.
  • Verifies and tracks Expense Reports.
  • Assists with preparation of monthly commissions.
  • Assists Controller with month-end closing process.
  • Functions as back-up to Payroll Coordinator.

Position Requirements

  • Requires education as is generally acquired in four (4) years of college/university education with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 
  • Minimum of five (5) years of Accounting experience.

  • Supports the Customer Service team.
