Employees in our production facilities assist in day-to-day operations by supporting our press operators and ensuring smooth workflow of jobs throughout the day. Positions will be filled based on business needs.

  • 12hr Rotating: 3pm-3am, 3am-3pm. Work 3 days, 1 day off, work 3 days, 7 days off (Employees work 36hrs but are paid for 40hrs)
  • 2nd Shift: 2pm – Midnight, Monday – Thursday
  • 3rd Shift: 10pm – 6am, Sunday – Thursday

Rewind Operator - Flexible Packaging (2nd Shift)- De Pere, WI

Position Overview

  • Rewind flexible packaging film from press rolls to smaller rolls according to customer specifications. Inspect printed film for accepted quality and complete the appropriate paperwork. May also be required to help in other departments.

Position Requirements

  • Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school.

  • Ensure all plates for a job are mounted in a timely manner, according to the schedule, to keep presses running at all times.

  • Fill alcohol, acetate and soap bottles.

  • Operate a solventless laminator at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high quality product.
  • Ensure proper sleeve, tensions, machine alignment and settings on each job.
  • Web the laminator, maintain adhesives, clean the laminator, install sleeves and assist in installing rollers.
  • Perform routine press maintenance.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Package and process orders scheduled for shipment by delivery date.
  • Ensure accuracy of Bill of Lading and Packing Slips.
  • Ensure accuracy of quantities and paperwork of each order being shipped.
  • Receive production into computer.
  • Put away product to keep aisles clear.
  • Unloading trailers and incoming material.
  • Moving materials to designated areas.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by manager.

What’s the ML&D Pathway?

Belmark’s ML&D Pathway stands for Manufacturing Leadership and Development Pathway. While Belmark develops most managers from within, their rapid growth has made it essential to hire new managers in training from outside the company as well. The goal is to develop future leaders through an accelerated training program.

Upon successful completion of the program, employees will become leaders for one of the following: Lead Operators, Supervisors, Prepress/Press/Finishing Managers and Plant Managers.

Position Overview

Specialty finishing converting area consists of multiple machines and or processes that add value to our customers finished product. In doing so, there will be specialized instructions written, verbal, and technical drawings required for the set up and running of this converting equipment. As part of the value we provide to our customers, all specialty finishing operators will be required to set up and operate multiple high speed converting assets. Attention to detail, flexibility, problem solving skills and teamwork are a must.

Position Overview

  • Performs daily equipment and building maintenance to ensure proper functioning and operation while adhering to agreed upon standards, processes and systems.
  • Correct occurring mechanical electrical problems.
  • Responsible for the appearance of the maintenance shop, compressor rooms, electrical rooms and maintenance work sites. 
  • Share knowledge with maintenance personnel; work in a team atmosphere to resolve maintenance issues.

Position Requirements

  • Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and two (2) years of maintenance experience; or an associate degree in electricity or electro-mechanics.

Position Overview

  • Organize, maintain, coordinate and manage the department’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and spare parts.
  • Oversee and/or support processing of Maintenance Work Orders including receipt, coordination, clarification, input, gaining necessary approval, tracking, and prioritization.
  • Ensure all OSHA requirements, generated through the CMMs program are assigned and completed within the time requirements.
  • Provide ideas/insights to refine established procedures to improve inventory accuracy, efficiency, or to reduce cost.
