Employees in our production facilities assist in day-to-day operations by supporting our press operators and ensuring smooth workflow of jobs throughout the day. Positions will be filled based on business needs.

Current Shifts Available:

  • 12hr Rotating: 3pm-3am, 3am-3pm. Work 3 days, 1 day off, work 3 days, 7 days off (Employees work 36hrs but are paid for 40hrs)
  • 2nd Shift: 2pm – Midnight, Monday – Thursday
  • 3rd Shift: 10pm – 6am, Sunday – Thursday
  • Shift differential for 3rd shift and 2A/2B is $1.00 more per hour

Shipping & Receiving Technician - Flexible Packaging (2nd Shift) - De Pere, WI

Are you interested in working with the latest technology in the printing and packaging industry?   Belmark offers multiple opportunities to work with high tech equipment in a climate controlled environment, producing the highest quality product for our customers in a timely fashion.  We are currently looking for a Shipping & Receiving Technician to work from 2:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday – Thursday.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Package and process orders scheduled for shipment by delivery date.
  • Ensure accuracy of Bill of Lading and Packing Slips.
  • Ensure accuracy of quantities and paperwork of each order being shipped.
  • Receive production into computer.
  • Put away product to keep aisles clear.
  • Unloading trailers and incoming material.
  • Moving materials to designated areas.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Position Requirements
  • Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school.
  • Must be certified to operate a forklift.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
  • Math skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
  • Ability to operate a computer.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.

Laminator Operator - Flexible Packaging (2nd Shift Rotation) - Shawano, WI

Do you enjoy working hands-on utilizing some of the best technology in the printing and packaging industry?  Does accepting daily challenges and exceeding goals resonate with you?  Belmark is currently seeking a Laminator Operator to run our world class equipment to produce a high quality product in a timely fashion for our customers.  With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, our operators are able to work in a friendly environment with a potential to grow with the company.  Location is in Shawano, WI.  The work hours are on the 2A/2B shift.  2A/2B shift hours are from 4:00 P.M. – 4:00 A.M. with a schedule of 3 days on and 4 days off.  The final shift will be determined.  The shift differential for 2A/2B is $1.00 more per hour.

Position Overview

  • Operate a solventless laminator at the highest efficiency possible while following standard operating procedures and work instructions to produce a high quality product.
  • Ensure proper sleeve, tensions, machine alignment and settings on each job.
  • Web the laminator, maintain adhesives, clean the laminator, install sleeves and assist in installing rollers.
  • Perform routine press maintenance.
  • Maintain quality, productivity and waste according to set standards.

Position Requirements

  • Six (6) months experience setting up, operating and cleaning up a solventless laminator preferred.
  • Requires education equivalent to two (2) years of high school.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of the position.  May be required to work some overtime.

Rewind Operator - Pressure Sensitive (3rd Shift) - De Pere, WI

  • Work with third party logistic software systems to determine the best and most economical shipping method to meet customer needs.
  • Provide accurate job order data entry and use Federal Express/UPS software systems.
  • Use an automated stretch wrap machine.

  • Anticipate short-term and long-term production needs and plan to meet them in conjunction with sales and scheduling efforts.
  • Assign, instruct and coordinate the work of all production personnel.

Print Technology Internship - De Pere, WI

Position Overview

  • Review and understand graphics order layout instructions to determine the work to be done and the sequence of operations.
  • Electronically assemble accurate computer generated label images according to customer design specifications and label layout instructions and apply them to the approved customer model (template/material).
  • Understand how to apply design options to files to provide optimal file output and consistency.
  • Understand and apply press specifications to corresponding design files.
  • Manage all files in accordance with all operating procedures and requirements.
  • Utilize the Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite to create, save and convert native customer files into final files used to create printing plates for use in the Flexo, Offset and Digital manufacturing operations.
  • Interact in team environment; with management, sales, customer service and graphics personnel.

Position Requirements

  • Enrollment in a two (2) year technical college, print technology or digital media degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language.

Quality Process Internship

Belmark is currently seeking a problem solving intern! The Quality Process Intern position supports the mission and principles of Belmark by assisting all areas of the Quality department. This intern would start during the Fall of 2018 semester. They would work 12-14 hours per week assisting the Quality Department. This includes, but is not limited to, support Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA), quality assurance testing, draft/revise standard operating procedures and administrative functions. Secondary functions will include process improvement projects as assigned by Quality team members.
