Web Offset Die Cut Operator - Folding Cartons -3rd Shift- De Pere, WI

Position Overview:

Responsible for operating the die cut section of a web offset press which is in line with a rewinder for roll products and in line with a die cutter for paperboard products. This position is part of a two to four person crew that is responsible for working on the web offset machine.

Makeready Technician - Pressure Sensitive -3rd shift- De Pere, WI

Material Expediter - Pressure Sensitive -3rd shift- De Pere, WI

  • Ensure correct amount and type of stock are at presses according to schedule.  Press downtime should never be caused by insufficient stock or the wrong type of stock at press.
  • Responsible for accurate inventory management which includes computer entries and stock size change.
  • Deliver all non-stock items received to appropriate person or area.
  • Ensure accurate stock use recording.

  • Learn to fully understand schedules and how to complete necessary paperwork.

Position Overview

Specialty finishing converting area consists of multiple machines and or processes that add value to our customers finished product. In doing so, there will be specialized instructions written, verbal, and technical drawings required for the set up and running of this converting equipment. As part of the value we provide to our customers, all specialty finishing operators will be required to set up and operate multiple high speed converting assets. Attention to detail, flexibility, problem solving skills and teamwork are a must.

Position Overview

Web-To-Print Electronic Prepress Operator-2nd Shift

Do you enjoy working in the cross media and packaging industry?  Does accepting daily challenges and exceeding goals resonate with you?  Belmark is currently seeking for 2 a Web-to-Print Electronic Prepress Operators to produce computer label designs and the coordination of graphic details for our Web-to-Print operation.  The work hours are 2:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (midnight), Monday – Thursday.

Position Overview

  • Produce computer label designs according to customer specifications, utilizing streamline workflows to transition and process data for use on the HP Indigo Press.
  • Work closely with other Web-to-Print employees on managing and manipulating color, improving workflow and file transition, and cross-training.
  • Work directly with customers to establish artwork and file requirements.
  • Prepare proofs for customer approval.

Sales Representative - Lake Erie

This Sales Representative will be working to add value to customers in through Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Buffalo.

  • Lead a team of internal support to meet both Belmark’s and the customers’ needs.

  • Fulfill all sales tasks including gathering and processing information so jobs and projects can be processed accordingly.
  • Travel extensively for prospecting purposes and customer visits.

 Position Requirements

  • Requires education as is generally acquired in four (4) years of college with a degree in business, or three (3) years of sales experience; or three (3) years business or military experience.
  • Knowledge of an ability to utilize the English language effectively is required.
  • Extensive travel, including overnight travel required.
  • Regular attendance is required.
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
  • Must be able to communicate and answer questions in a professional and friendly manner.

Marketing/Sales Sample Intern

Interested in supporting a dynamic Marketing team?  Does the label and packaging industry interest you?  Belmark is currently seeking for an energetic and motivated Marketing/Sales Sample Intern to assist with projects and activities to support the sales organization.  The internship will start in January 2018.

Position Overview

Responsible for completing a sales sample from art manipulation, producing printed material and completing a high quality finished product. Process job flow in and out of the sales sample prepress department, which includes checking the information and components of a file. Complete the graphics production process including, but not limited to, preflight, templates and scheduling. Provides graphics, printing and packaging expertise to Inside Sales Representative and customers for any printed order. Responsible for operating a UV Ink Jet press to complete sales samples.

 

Position Requirements

  • Requires education as is generally acquired in two (2) years of technical school or equivalent work experience; preferably in Marketing or Graphics.
  • Knowledge of and ability to effectively utilize the English language.
  • Must be able to communicate providing verbal and written feedback in professional and understanding manner.
  • Must be able to analyze many variables and choose the most effective course of action for the organization at any given point in time.
  • Knowledge of design specifications and graphic art services.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must adapt well to change and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, decimals and fractions.
  • Ability to read, comprehend and follow implicit and explicit written and oral directions.
  • Must be able to simultaneously manage numerous projects.
  • Ability to operate a computer and a variety of standard office equipment.
  • Regular attendance is required.  May be required to work some overtime.
