Belmark Ascend Program

Level 1

INTRODUCTION
A comprehensive overview of our company.
Receive the Ascend Manual, containing Belmark’s mission, history, internal organization, and culture. You’re invited to attend a quarterly Ascend Learning Session to get an in-depth review of internal functions. Take a tour of the facilities to see our internal processes and operations in action.

INTERDEPARTMENTAL SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
See how our many departments interact.
At Belmark, many departments unite to function as a single unit. Discover your role in the organization as you attend training specific to your job title. Each department has two designated trainers who lead monthly sessions covering vital topics for their areas.

Gain additional skills beyond those required for your specific job function. These seminars, training sessions, and college courses demonstrate Belmark’s commitment to your career satisfaction and personal fulfillment. Lifelong learning and leadership development is our goal.

The Ascend program includes frequent one-on-ones with your manager to review your training and determine if additional guidance is needed.
